Digital services Duskveil
Clear terms for purchasing Dragon Coins (DC), the first top-up bonus, and receiving in-game items.
1 MD = 1 ₽. Dragon Coins are the internal game currency, which, after being credited, is used in the Duskveil store to obtain the digital game features specified in the catalog.
The final amount is always shown before proceeding to payment. No fee Duskveil is charged to the buyer. Payment is accepted through Robokassa with bank cards of Russian banks and via the Fast Payment System (FPS). The methods available for a specific payment are displayed on the secure payment page.
The first successful account top-up receives +20% MD without a limit on the bonus amount. For example: 100 ₽ → 120 MD, 500 ₽ → 600 MD, 1,000 ₽ → 1,200 MD. The bonus is credited only once, only after a real successful payment, and is not included in the cost of the paid service.
Duskveil does not accept payment by transfer in messages or via details. Use only the secure Robokassa form in the store's personal account.
The service is digital: physical delivery is not performed. Usually, Dragon Coins are credited automatically immediately after a successful payment. If the crediting is delayed, it will occur no later than within 24 hours.
The electronic receipt is sent to the contact information provided at the time of payment. Keep the payment confirmation until the funds are credited.
If the payment went through, but the Dragon Coins did not arrive within 24 hours, write to belov-home2@yandex.ru or in official VKontakte supportSpecify the account login, amount, date, and payment ID; do not send bank card details.
